Even old brushy's family didn't believe his waffle Some did and some did not, to say that is whole family did not believe him is just not true, and some of the ones that did not believe him have not even met him, even you Leeb know that [/quote] 'Even you Leeb know that '...Compliment?

From John Fusco's Facebook : "Emilio Estevez and I have kept this under wraps for a long time while researching, writing, scouting locations in Mexico and New Mexico, and pulling together a killer cast that will see several of the original characters returning in their later years plus some exciting new casting. Regulators, Mount Up. And stand by for more news soon." View AttachmentGot to be Brushy front and centre? Honestly cannot come soon enough. Loved them when I was growing up and may be quietly ecstatic now.

I wonder if they'll use this board for reference?
They won't find a wealthier source of information.

This movie is gunna change history. Team Brushy till I die. So good. I had a break from this forum but when I heard about Young Guns 3 I thought it's definitely time to get back on my keyboard horse.

Hopefully the hype from Young Guns 3 will get more people supporting Team Brushy which can Hopefully lead to Steve Sederwall and his forensic team being allowed to finish what they started. T.B.T.I.D (Team Brushy Till I Die)

I do hope YG3 yields a ton more info being dug up (excuse the pun) about Billy, Brushy and the LCW in general. Do we think the film makers will be doing due diligence or will it just be Hollywood hyperbole?
It would make sense for them to touch base here as they'll not find a wealthier pool of resources to drink from.

I reckon it won't matter how this movie plays out or what the storyline is. As long as there's a good soundtrack and Emilio is in it it's gunna be epic. Members of this forum should be allowed first priority to be extras in the movie.

The question is how professional everyone would be on the set or if we’d all be big emotional puddles on the floor.

Definitely an emotional puddle on the floor. I fully can't wait. I'm gunna be like those Star Wars fans that camp out in the cinema ticket line for 6 days to buy the first tickets. But my excitement isn't so much about the movie but more about what's gunna happen after it. I can smell history changing already.

I agree. No matter which way it goes there's going to be a whole lot more happening

Well, there's lots of commenting going on over on the Billy The Kid facebook group (a group that largely dismisses Brushy's claim) about what the plot line is going to be in the third movie. They don't seem to want to admit the obvious hints at it being about Brushy. But when you have a movie poster that includes the subtitle, "Alias Billy The Kid" and a heading that says "some legends 'never die'", I don't think there's any question whether it will be centered around Brushy's story. The question is whether it will present his story as fact or fantasy. If it presents it as fact then there's going to be a gigantic pushback, "uprising" if you will, and that just might, just might, push the powers that be in New Mexico and Texas to find a way to do some DNA testing to try and get at the truth once and for all. That is certainly an exciting outcome to hope for, whatever they discover. I just hope the movie forces them to stop sweeping Brushy under the rug.

If this becomes a pro Brushy box office success, a certain member of this board will probably become very upset I imagine. We should give him some support if that happens. It would be awesome actually if we could all go together on the premier and then have a couple of burgers after, some beer, a few laughs..
