I think your videos are excellent and I truly enjoyed them all. But I especially was impressed by the morph from the Globe Arizona alleged Billy photo to the 80 year old Brushy photo. There is a recognition factor there that doesn't show up much in most photo comparisons. Thanks so much for sharing your work.

Thanks!
And maybe if you can update you website with a new page, you should look at the photo of Brushy when he shaved his shaved his mustache and look at his fingers. Maybe it will be just like the same off-center mouth. You couldn’t believe you had never noticed that before in the photo like you said. There it is big as day!
Now, I looked at you website, You said this about the Arizona photo.
You said it was a very close match except the nose is just a bit too long and the upper lip a bit too flat and that his left eyebrow does not point upward like Billy’s and the bridge of his nose is more narrow.
So what do you think when I morphed from the Globe Arizona alleged Billy photo to a photo of Brushy, you think it could actually be him?

Yes, I do think the Globe photo could be Billy. The basic point I was getting at on that page is that of all the alleged photos of Billy that might be him or might not be, the photo of 14 year old Brushy matches the tintype better than any of those others do, including some that might actually be Billy. I am not completely convinced about the Globe photo but I lean toward accepting it as the real Billy. Largely because a very convincing Joe Antrim is sitting right next to him.
As for the website, I'm working on a complete update which will be hosted at a different address. Unfortunately, that current site is provided through my "mobileme" account with Apple Computer and they are very shortly going to be shutting down that service. I'm not sure what I'm going to do to avoid paying extra money to keep the site up but I plan to make it available one way or the other.
Would you like me to include a link to your YouTube videos or possibly embed them in a page? I might be able to do that.
Thanks. Wayne

Also Mr Wayne Land, I found something funny in the many months that followed after Billy was allegedly killed. It actually took Pat Garrett so long to collect the official reward money that was offered for the Kid, although he applied for it almost immediately after the alleged killing of the Kid, it was not granted to him until Feb. 18, 1882! Acting Governor W. G. Ritch, who was essential in getting the reward offered in the first place, did virtually everything in his power, trying to find any viable loophole, to get out of paying. Could it be that the officials doubted the Kid was really dead, or was it simply a case of cheap and/or crooked politicians trying to demur from their obligations? ;D What follows next caused my jaw to drop: In Aug. 1882, one year and a month after Billy was allegedly killed, Garrett encountered Joe Antrim, Billy's brother, at a hotel in Trindad, Colorado. Although there had been earlier reports, perhaps unfounded, that Joe was seeking vengeance on Garrett, the two retired to a private room and talked for nearly two hours about something. Following their meeting, the two shook hands and parted amicably. What did the two discuss in private? How was Garrett able to get this man, who allegedly wanted revenge for the death of his brother, to part with him on such friendly terms?

actually i'm the creator of the videos, i don't know this guy but thats ok, the content has been fed by the collective kernels of inspiration from you all. in the spirit of the topic at hand, i DID credit myself as 'timoteo g. smithee' so again, could be anybody, even a john miller zombie. of course you should feel free to use them any way you see fit as board administrator. he did pick the best 2 videos of the 4 i made and posted though.

ironically i found that the globe photo matched slightly less perfectly than the others, which is a symptom of real-life parameters of pioneer photography and image capturing in general.
the globe image has been claimed to be a hoax, but i havent heard the evidence of this. i understand the owner 'took his ball and went home' when they wanted to do age testing, which i think requires extraction of a sample; that may not mean anything re authenticity...

btw theyre not morphed. morphing suggests changing the working parameters in some way. these images are never changed, but are simply aligned by eye position, then superimposed at varying opacities.
