Plus when I turned my tintype into a 3D face and put it in the same position in the photo of Tom O'Folliard and overlaid them onto each other, they were a perfect fit

They also have very similar ears

The size of the ear is slightly different but this can easily be explained from the positions of each photo.

That I can easily explain, you see the photo was taken from the other side of his face so I flipped it to match it with the other photo, plus tintypes are naturally reversed their fore it still could be him. Also to mention is that if you pay attention to his left ear it matches the one of Toms famous photo slightly but it’s hard to tell as I said because it’s reversed

So as a note in my first post on this thread the famous photo of Tom is in the right reversed so that it matches with my photo I believe to be Tom, so that you guys can understand so I understanding one ear would be harder but we have other photos of Tom out their on the internet so that means we have something to compare it to, I even put the photo I used to compare the ears on the top left off the ear photo
