And I agree with your assertion that if Brushy was helping out with the divorce for some reason it would certainly explain why he did not want to speak of Anna Lee. Either way something probably happened there that wasnt right. Brushys failure to even mention Anna Lee indicates that something is not right there. Either that or his silence about was due to the fact he never was married to her so there was just no reason for him to remember her. What happened to Anna Lee after the divorce?

Did Brushy bill have bucket teeth? Must be a sure proof of whether he was BTK or not !? According to the pictures of John Miller, I am convinced that he is very similar to BTK.

In the majority of photos we have of Brushy (mostly in his later years) he had no teeth at all. They were pulled by a dentist in Gladewater, TX. when he was still fairly young. I don't know the exact year or age.

Lives in Sweden and has translation from Swedish to English via google. I apologize for any misspellings. Personally, I think the brushy bill was a scam that wanted to feel money. John Miller was BTK 'a good friend of BTK and Pat Garett killed BTK in Fort Summer.

according to the text,(www.confederateamericanpride.com/brushybill/) brushy bill removed both of his front teeth in 1931. Then why? They's an economic crisis in the US and I do not think brushy huh a rich man? A little too late to hide your teeth then? According to a dentist who has studied many pictures of BTK, he sees that the left front tooth is slightly behind the right front tooth, which indicates that the jaw is smaller than normal. Brushy bill had a small square face without the charismatic features BTK had in its facial features. According to hearsay of other wrestlers so what BTK a slim short man absolutely not the same size as the brushy bill.

I don't know the exact year or age. DeWitt Travis did say that Dr. Cruz removed Brushy's protruding teeth. Can he be believed? DeWitt said his father, Elbert DeWitt Travis Sr. (born 20 Jan 1847) served under Quantrill, but Elbert DeWitt Travis Sr. enlisted 15 Aug 1864 at Augusta, MS at the age of 17 and served with the 3rd MS Cavalry, Co. E, CSA. He was taken prisoner at Citronelle, Alabama May 4 1865 and paroled 16 May 1865 at Columbus, MS. When did he wander off to Missouri and serve under Quantrill? DeWitt said his mother, Ann Patterson, and Brushy's mother were girlhood friends, but Brushy said his mother died when he was about 3, and Ann Patterson lived in Louisiana in 1860, and was married and living in Navarro County, Texas, in 1880. Of course, there is no record of Dr. Cruz in Gregg County.

Equally as baffling to me is why Oat Garrett's son was present during Brushy's meeting with Governor Mabry when he already knew his own dad killed him 70 years earlier. Just like Jarvis Garrett's presence at that meeting I think there is something sinister behind your presence in this message board. I think it's important for TTT to always be "right" and that barometer is measured by census data, this is commonly referred to as the Neo-historian lens. While facts of course take opinions out of play, one has to wonder if they do not tell the story your looking for, how that shapes up in the probability world. Case in point, did they ever find the Frank Morris or the Anglin brothers? No, but the story was they drowned....Until the picture and post cards of the Anglin brothers showed up.

Yes BTK had a Colt .45. A HISTORICAL COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER ATTRIBUTED TO THE FAMOUS PEACEFUL WILLIAM H. "BILLY THE KID" BONNEY Serial number 22384 for 1876, .45 caliber. 7 1/2 inch barrel with Hartford address. Walnut grip, right side of butt with seven notches. Along with notarized letters of provenance from Ben M. Cummins. The letter states that after Bonney escaped from Lincoln County, New Mexico Jail, he fled to Fort Sumner. There he hid the gun in a tree and later told his friend Jesus Silva where it was. After Bonney was killed by Pat Garrett , Silva was called in to identify the body. He also built the coffin that was used to bury the lawless one and dug his grave. He later exchanged the gun for Milton Brown, a Clovis, New Mexico log owner for a Colt rotating rifle. Brown in turn gave the revolver to his son-in-law Maurice Cummins who bequeathed it to his son Ben. Mer om källtextenKälltexten krävs om du vill ha ytterligare information om översättningen Skicka feedback Sidopaneler It is recorded John Miller in later life carried a .45 Colt with army length barrel and notches on the butt....Don't think BTK was ever said to have recorded kills-it certainly would have drammatically added to his reputation and legend. Why would Brushy bother getting the teeth out aged 70 ( or even aged 40) unless they were diseased? There is an account of a man thought to be BTK circulating Colorado post -1881...distinguishable not by his teeth- but by his cold penetrating eyes: the man was last seen by the witness-" beside a river distilling whiskey."...could this have been Brushy ?

I think a new fangled Colt Thunderer would have appealed to Miller...I think Dirty Dave is showing off the same rare gun - probably acquired from Dodge City -in the Las Vegas photo... it then transitioned (as guns do) to a sheep herder..the floor of Pete Maxwell's bedroom...Garrett's auction to the Lincoln County clerk for 20 dollars and then to - who knows where? someone may. Pat made it clear - the two guns missing after BTK's escape were .44's: if a .45 was set in a tree- then it had to be Bell's gun. Billy probably did retrieve his gun and belt from the armory as well as someone elses - not Wilsons as Pat had that...not Charlies' or Tom's as they would have been given to loved ones in Fort Sumner to raise a few dollars...the extra gun and belt may have belonged to one of Olinger's prisoners...less than two months later- Brushy said he took two guns with him over to the Maxwell house and either way - the creation of a myth.

Have you read that there were 2 people in John Miller`s grave and DNA was taken on both to compare with the wooden bench where BTK lay dead? Why did they not compare with BTK`s winchester which is said to exist in the Fort Summer museum? Wouldn't that be a safer way?
