Brushy said she was a half aunt. We have a Catherine Dunn living next to the Dunn family but she is the only one in the household with the name Dunn. Did this wife have a baby by Francis Dunn? Is this Catherine Antrim. Did Catherine Dunn have a baby by another man if you do conclude she was married to someone other than Brushy's father?

Are you suggesting that Catherine Dunn might be Catherine McCarty Antrim?
Clarification:
Caroline Dunn, daughter of Francis Dunn and 1st wife of Henry Oliver Roberts, was reported to be 1 month old when the 1850 census was recorded 26 Nov 1850 in Franklin County, AR, and she was 10 when the 1860 census was recorded. Caroline's cemetery marker has a birth date of October 1850, consistent with census information. Caroline was single, living in the household of her father, Francis Dunn, in July 1870. The oldest child of Henry Oliver Roberts and Caroline Dunn was Samantha Belle Roberts, born 25 October 1872.
Catherine Dunn, age 13, was living in the household of James R Willman (sic - transcription error. correct name is James R Wilburn). James R Wilburn of North Carolina and Sarah Dunn of Tennessee were married in Arkansas. The household of James Wilburn in the 1840 census of Madison County, AR, included 1 male of 30 to 39) (James, who was 45 in the 1850 census); 1 female of 20 to 29 (who was probably his wife); 1 male under 5; 2 females under 5 (Manerva was 13, and Mary was 12 in the 1850 census); 1 female of 5 through 9 (Martha was 16 in the 1850 census). Catherine Dunn, also age 15, was in the household of James R Wilburn. The previous information is based on records.
The foregoing information indicates that Catherine Dunn was the daughter of Sarah Dunn Wilburn. The age of the wife is not consistent from 1840 to 1850; Sarah Dunn and James R Wilburn were married in Arkansas; the 14 year age differential between Martha and Sarah makes it improbable that Sarah was her mother; and the presence of 2 young girls, both 13 years old, indicates that Sarah was a widow with a daughter Catherine when she married James R Wilburn.

No. She has siblings close to her age, above and below and same age with different last names and you are the last person on earth I want to hear the word 'indicates' from.
