This one says it has provenance from Billy Wilson, I don't know if it's been posted before? I apologize if it has, I didn't see it in the photo thread. It looks to be sold at auction sofedesignauctions.com/index.php

I've read through the family statements and to me there is no provenance whatsoever. I find it strange that they repurchased via eBay. It's a great picture of the West enjoying card's but never the kid.

It does open alot of questions, the man said to be Fred Waite doesn't look to be playing cards but instead he looks to be reading over a paper or map or something? and two of them could they possibly be holding guns on their laps? Interesting to see how much it will fetch. It is an awesome photo.

Speaking of Billy Wilson (David L. Anderson) and his birth date as it is engraved on his tombstone as November 23, 1860. That matches the date that is engraved on the separate tombstone at the Kid's grave site, November 23, 1860, as well. And Ash Upson's birth date was also on November 23rd, but in 1828. What are the odds that all three were born on November 23rd? Billy Wilson, who some say was William H. Wilson, and then the Kid, and also Ash Upson? This one says it has provenance from Billy Wilson, I don't know if it's been posted before? I apologize if it has, I didn't see it in the photo thread. It's a great picture in its own right, but I'm not sure that the auction will go too well. I've seen this picture offered for sale before and will post a link after the auction has closed.
